Join Elekta’s mission to improve and save lives by supporting critical financial operations that drive our innovation and growth. We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Financial Controller to join our Finance team.
What you’ll do at Elekta:
Your responsibilities will be but are not limited to:
To support month end closing; monthly accruals, Opex, Order and revenue analysis
To ensure that the deviations on OPEX accounts are analysed and interpreted by comparing the monthly actual results with previous months/budget.
Key user of ERP system, experience in «Infor-M3» is a plus.
Maintain effective internal control system and liaise with external and internal auditors on improvement of internal control procedures
To assist procurement projects in case of need
Assisting finance management of projects
Coordination of audit/review process with external auditors,
To ensure the preparation of periodic or adhoc reports requested by senior management and management units within tight deadlines
To manage bank relations
To coordinate effort in cash collection
To be finance business partner of Sales and Order Fulfilment teams
The right stuff
Advanced analytical thinking ability, strong planning, and organizational skills, disciplined and work-focused
Result-oriented, successful in business follow-up and conclusion, able to work in coordination and effectively with different business units in problem solving
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
Have written and oral presentation skills
What you bring:

Graduated from a reputable university
5+ years of experience in finance roles in budget planning/control, reporting, general accounting, management accounting, business partnering, audit
Advanced in using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Good level of English
Background in Big 4 is an asset
