Senior Financial Controller – Business cases & Offshoring

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of financial business cases for offshoring, outsourcing, and transformation initiatives
• Monitor actual financial performance against approved business cases, identify and explain variances
• Support executive decision-making on global offshoring and transformation initiatives and regularly interact with ExCo and Steering Committees
• Develop comprehensive financial models evaluating different delivery locations
• Ensure financial assumptions are realistic, well documented, and aligned with company standards
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance

• Financial Modelling – Perform or support on various ad hoc analysis, including PowerPoint presentations (build bespoke financial models, Analyze results, follow-up with countries and challenge outcomes, report clearly out in decks for senior management purpose);
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and local entities to achieve company’ strategy and targets;
• Prepare high-quality presentations for senior leadership forums
• Clearly communicate financial recommendations, assumptions, risks, and expected business benefits
• Translate complex financial analyses into concise executive-level insights

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in finance roles, Financial Controlling, FP&A, Business Controlling, or Strategic Finance
• Experience in Automotive is preferred
• Fluent in English written and spoken
• Working in multinational organizations or Shared Service Centers
• Experience with financial modelling and executive presentation
• Super user in with MS Excel, with strong financial modelling skills
• Super user in PowerPoint able to tell clear storylines
• Experience with BPC, business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends to provide actionable insights
