Role Background

FacilityOS is a high-growth SaaS company operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. In addition to core FP&A responsibilities (budgeting, forecasting, reporting), this individual will play a key role in systems enhancement projects — including the evaluation and implementation of an FP&A planning tool.

This is not a purely cyclical reporting role. The right candidate will be comfortable managing ad-hoc requests from leadership, shifting priorities quickly, and contributing to high-impact strategic and operational projects.

The FacilityOS finance team is an energetic and collaborative group that values ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement. We leverage modern systems including Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and Expensify — and are continuously improving our tech stack to support scale.
