Position purpose:
Develops and apply advanced financial and accounting methodologies to support planning and control across physician practice divisions. Provides financial analysis, performance measurement, and decision‑support insights that guide business objectives and long‑term planning for assigned sites, divisions, or the broader Trinity organization. Serves as a consultant and systems analyst by identifying opportunities to improve information management and recommending integrated approaches for collecting, reporting, and leveraging financial and operational data.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
3-5 years’ financial analysis experience
What the Sr Financial Analyst will do:
Perform complex financial analyses with minimal supervision.
Support forecasting, multi‑year planning, and monthly financial close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Prepare revenue, cost, and monthly gain/loss analyses and other financial performance reports.
Partner with senior leadership on reporting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
Provide financial guidance and decision‑support to operations leaders.
Lead analytical support for strategic and operational projects.
