Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis and forecasting
- Prepare and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and budgeting
- Analyze operational and financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial guidance
- Develop presentations and reports for senior leadership
- Support annual budgeting processes and long-term planning cycles
- Assist with ad-hoc analyses, scenario modeling, and business cases
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and support continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 4–6+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with financial planning tools and ERP systems a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-interpretation skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadership
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
