We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team within the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Business Unit Finance. In this role, you will support the Polish market while taking ownership of key CE&B processes and projects, providing valuable insights to drive long-term business growth. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial analysis, managing the local P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, and partnering with business leaders to maximize value. The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
Business Partnering & Commercial Support
Drive profitable growth by partnering with business units to support decision-making.
Manage Commercial OPEX lines.
Review performance metrics such as Sales, Gross Profit, Price/Volume.
Collaborate with commercial, market access, and other teams to provide financial insights for new product launches and business development.
Act as the primary contact for marketing, market access, and commercial teams.
Develop and maintain reports, templates, and ad hoc tools for business cases and performance analysis utilizing available digital platform resources.
Challenge business assumptions, develop alternative scenarios, and educate partners on financial concepts and ownership.
Financial Planning
Understand and align with country plans and key assumptions.
Lead and participate in strategic planning processes (LRFP), business planning, and latest thinking initiatives.
Contribute to financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Coordinate planning activities, including kick-offs, status updates, and consolidations.
Financial Analysis & Review
Monitor performance against targets, identify trends, and highlight risks and opportunities.
Improve forecast accuracy for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Prepare periodic and ad hoc financial reports and presentations.
Conduct complex financial analyses related to budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditure, and consolidations.
Support expense tracking, reporting, and month-end/quarter-end closing activities.
Financial Operations
Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing processes.
Assist with intercompany cross-charging processes.
Oversee and execute selected operational activities within the Cluster, providing seamless support to markets beyond Poland.
Collaborate with other SFAs within the Cluster to drive the full implementation of process standardization across markets and act as end to end process owner across CEB for specific processes in the CEB Operations team.
Internal Controls & Compliance
Maintain and enhance internal control environment (SOX, HCC) in collaboration with GS Compliance and local HCBI.
Ensure adherence to local SOPs and internal policies.
Financial Education & Awareness
Promote financial literacy within the organization.
Prepare and deliver training sessions on financial concepts and processes.
We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:
University degree in finance, accounting, or a related area.
CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent financial qualification is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of business experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
Experience in Pharm sector is a strong asset.
Excellent understanding of financial and management accounting principles.
Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, reporting, and variance analysis.
Experience working within a Sarbanes-Oxley environment or with internal/external audit processes.
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to explain complex financial issues to non-finance audiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across organizational, geographical, and functional boundaries.
Influencing skills with diplomacy and tact.
Ability to meet strict deadlines consistently while managing multiple priorities.
Adaptability to changing schedules and short lead times.
Self-reliant, proactive, with strong planning and organizational skills.
Hands-on mentality and a self-starter attitude.
Experience with SAP, Anaplan, Power BI and data warehouse systems is preferable.
Expert-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
BI experience and data management skills are a plus.
Comfortable managing complexity with a keen eye for detail without losing sight of overarching goals.

Fluent in English (verbal and written) is required. Polish is nice to have.
