Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively and independently complete monthly reporting deliverables to required deadlines, including ARR and NRR installs reporting and PS costs
- Provide accurate reporting and insightful analysis to support business performance reviews and decision making
- Investigate and explain variances to forecast (monthly), plan (year to date), and prior year, providing context and recommendations as required
- Support the preparation, interpretation, and analysis of financial plans and forecasts for the Professional Services function
- Answer queries from the Senior Finance Business Partner and business managers in a timely and professional manner
- Contribute to improving reporting processes, data quality, and data capture across multiple platforms, verifying data accuracy and consistency
- Liaise, communicate, and collaborate with the wider finance team, including other finance functions such as Procurement, and with remote teams
- Support the monitoring of billability, linkage to actual revenues recognised, and monthly reporting thereon for Professional Services
- Ad hoc financial analysis and investigation as required by the business
Skills & Knowledge
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all activities
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly
- Effective communicator, able to develop strong relationships with key contacts across the business and finance community.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills, able to work under pressure whilst displaying a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong command of English; ability to work with remote teams and different cultures, particularly in Prague
- Ability to adhere to and advocate for finance policies, processes, and internal controls
- Strong command of Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is highly desirable
Proffesional Qualifications
- Role ideally suited for candidates studying towards or part-qualified in CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
