Your Mission:
Little Caesars is seeking a results-driven Senior Financial Analyst to support the US Distribution finance team within our Global Services organization. This role is critical in providing analytical support, driving financial insights, and supporting strategic decision-making to enhance business performance across our U.S. Network. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be part of a high-performing finance team focused on operational excellence and financial transparency. How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Deliver financial insights: Prepare forecasts and pro forma analyses for key business initiatives, guiding operational and strategic decisions across U.S. Distribution.
- Optimize performance: Analyze profitability and efficiency of distribution centers, including capital investment assessments, warehouse productivity, and transportation network optimization.
- Collaborate and influence: Partner with franchisees and cross-functional teams—including Procurement, Accounting, Operations, HR, and IT—to ensure compliance, enhance performance, and support strategic priorities.
- Enhance systems and dashboards: Serve as a subject matter expert in financial systems such as Oracle and warehouse management platforms, and refine dashboards to monitor performance against KPIs.
- Drive reporting excellence: Manage and support reporting processes for sales and other key performance indicators, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to stakeholders.
- Perform Variance Analysis: On monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying key drivers of performance and presenting actionable insights to management and cross-functional teams.
- Support strategic communication: Assist leadership in preparing presentations for global business conferences and regional franchise meetings, delivering clear and impactful financial insights.
- Mentor and lead: May supervise and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Who You Are:
- Shape operational strategy: Provide critical financial insights that influence U.S. Distribution decisions and drive operational efficiency.
- Drive change across teams: Collaborate with leadership and business partners to align financial processes and priorities across departments.
- Critical thinking: Take ownership of the US Distribution Projects List and seek out opportunities proactively for new initiatives, ensuring a focus on financial and operational excellence.
- Improve Accuracy: Lead and support Peroid end Close activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, reconciliation, and compliance with corporate standards.
- Deliver insight with precision: Produce sound budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Analytical Professional: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- Experienced Analyst: Minimum of three (3) years in roles requiring advanced financial analysis, preferably within a distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing related environment.
- Detail-Focused Problem Solver: Skilled in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance evaluation; advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required.
- Collaborative Communicator: Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex financial concepts and influence stakeholders at various levels.
