Weave is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst to support our US-based FP& A team. This individual will play a critical role in building, developing, and owning sophisticated financial reporting and data models to drive business insights and strategic decision-making.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex datasets, refining financial models, and delivering high-impact analysis to support company growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, experienced in SaaS financial metrics, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Remote, based in LATAM (Mexico).
Reports to: SR. Director of FP&A.
Supports US Based FP&A Team.
What You Will Own
Build, develop, own sophisticated financial reports.
Data management and modeling - build and refine complex financial models.
Other in-depth financial modeling.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Strategy, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong communication skills with the ability to speak and write in English professionally.
Experience working in a SaaS environment with a strong understanding of business metrics and operations.
Proficiency in Adaptive Insights, Excel, Sigma, or other BI tools.
What Will Make Us Love You
Data warehouse experience a plus, we love Snowflake or other Big Data Experience
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets for financial analysis.
Extensive experience building financial models.
Experience working with Salesforce data to create actionable dashboards and reports aligned with business objectives.
