Job Duties and Responsibilities
Boost Mobile is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a fast-paced, highly technical business environment. This position will focus on key projects within the Field Development Organization to support reporting, forecasting, budget development, and financial analysis. The role offers opportunities to make significant contributions as the business transitions from a build to run state, ensuring efficient and effective business and financial functions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and provide financial oversight for a rapidly growing business.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and analyze monthly financial performance.
• Support month-end close activities and build models for operational and financial performance metrics.
• Create and present financial analyses and recommendations to leadership.
• Identify and quantify multi-year opportunities using financial modeling and hypothesis-based approaches.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses on cost-saving opportunities, capital expenditures, and corporate initiatives.
• Enhance processes, develop tools, and implement automated reporting solutions.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in an accounting/finance environment, preferably in the telecom or tech industries
• MBA or MS - Finance is a plus but not required

Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and financial tools like Oracle, OneStream, and Orbit.
• Solid understanding of business financial and accounting concepts, including GAAP principles, accruals, and reversals.
• Exceptional teamwork skills to build productive relationships across departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to senior executives.
• Ability to define problems, gather data, and draw valid, actionable conclusions.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
