As a Senior Financial Analyst partnering with the Information Technology Group, you will develop deep industry and financial expertise while partnering with internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives. In this role, you will evaluate the economics for existing Capital Group products and lines of business. You will be responsible for building financial business cases for new Capital Group products and initiatives. You are a skilled communicator and thrive in team settings by being authentic, respectful and engaging. Partnering with a variety of stakeholders, you will develop financial strategy at the business unit and enterprise level.

Orange County Base Salary Range: $81,710-$130,736

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
