Position Summary:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you are assigned a hands-on finance role where you will be working closely with other Finance Team members as well as other supporting teams. While working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to solve multiple challenges. You will help gathering and analyzing large set of business and financial data to predict future performance, preparing financial plans and reports, and supporting organizational decision making by providing insightful information and leading process innovation projects to create operational excellency.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and present to senior management, offering financial insights
- Participate and support in coordination of processes including month closing
- Assist in budget preparation and regularly monitor budget adherence, identifying areas for cost optimization
- Develop financial models and forecasts to predict future financial performance and support business decisions
- Managing and leading various business projects, tracking project progress, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Managing key business metrics, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to optimize the financial performance and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other teams to gather insights, support decision-making, and drive financial best practices across the organization
- Participate and support on ad-hoc tasks to maximize organizational goals
Required Skills:
- BS in finance or accounting or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean required
- 3+ years of professional experience in corporate Finance, accounting or other related fields
- A solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles- Excellent ability to problem to solve along with solid analytical skills and understanding of the business process
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills- Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
- Strong familiarity with project management and proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Experience with SAP or related financial systems
- Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment
- Open to gain experiences on various areas of business control and management
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools with SQL/Macro with Excel will be considered a plus
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CFA/CPA) will be considered a plus

Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education and training. This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with annual bonus eligibility and generous benefits to help you live life well.

$93,700—$128,950 USD
