We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as an experienced Senior Financial Analyst! This role you will compile and review budgets for product and/or shared services using actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, expense reports, and other data sources to control funds and provide program financial administration. Prepare financial plans, monitors implementation of financial policies, and prepares regular, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports. Maintain historical records, analyzes trends, establishes cost rates and personnel forecasts, recommends and interprets budgetary policies and procedures, prepare comparative evaluation of actual costs against budgeted funds, and determines rationale for variance between costs and budget. Reviews and analyzes financial data to make decisions involving investment decisions, reorganizations, and acquisitions.

  • Assist in financial planning process to set accurate annual/ quarterly revenue and expense targets for the business

  • Collaborate with cross functional groups (sales, marketing, IT) to set budgets, track spend, and align with annual plans

  • Participate in the quarterly close and monthly forecast processes

  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for the business

  • Partner with sales operations to prepare monthly business outlooks

  • Create financial models & provide ad-hoc financial analysis

  • Lead analysis of business performance drivers and business case initiatives

  • Manage, participate in, or directly work on any additional projects, assignments, or initiatives assigned by management

  • 3-5 years of applicable experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

Target Compensation:

$75,000 - $90,000 / year

Compensation Range

$69,300.00 - $103,900.00
