What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is critical in conducting forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling activities, including scenario analysis, to support strategic decision-making. The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with the finance team, including the CFO, and department heads across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals and financial targets.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, including scenario analysis, to evaluate business performance, workforce needs, and other strategic decisions.
  • Perform detailed workforce planning analysis to optimize headcount and resource allocation in alignment with business growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive expense analysis, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment between financial plans and business strategy.
  • Support the Director of FP&A in developing strategic initiatives and presenting financial data to executive leadership.
  • Provide detailed variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities within the budget and forecast.
  • Assist in month-end close activities, preparing reports, and ensuring the integrity of financial data.
  • Maintain and enhance financial models to improve efficiency and accuracy in planning processes.

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
  • Experience with Adaptive and NetSuite is highly preferred.
  • Experience with SaaS metrics and business models, understanding key drivers of recurring revenue and operational efficiency

Compensation: 

OTE: $143,750 - $166,750. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
