We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst who will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess the financial impact of various business scenarios.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and variances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for optimizing operational performance and achieving business objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation of board presentations, investor materials, and other ad hoc financial analyses as needed.

The skills and experience you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a senior role within the healthcare industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
