Leads a frontline customer support team serving users of Interwell Acumen and related healthcare programs. Responsibilities include coaching Support Analysts, managing schedules and ticket queues, monitoring SLAs and performance metrics, coordinating escalations, maintaining documentation and SOPs, improving workflows, overseeing quality reviews, and handling complex customer issues. The manager partners with Epic Applications, Product, Development, Training, Customer Success Operations, and Account Management to improve support delivery, team readiness, and customer experience.

Supports risk adjustment coding and documentation programs by providing real-time guidance to healthcare providers, evaluating chart review performance, analyzing coding trends, identifying documentation deficiencies, preparing educational materials, and delivering coding education. Ensures adherence to HCC coding rules, risk adjustment regulations, corporate compliance programs, and applicable laws while collaborating with practices and project teams on improvement plans.

As an Enrollment Coordinator, you will engage with patients, educate them about the CKD program, ensure compliance, and achieve enrollment goals.

Lead Provider Enablement operations overseeing support, training, communications, and self-service for Interwell Acumen. Own strategy and execution to drive onboarding, adoption, NPS, SLAs, and KPIs. Build operating rhythms, Voice of Customer programs, and cross-functional initiatives with Product, Implementations, and Epic teams. Champion generative AI to scale enablement, reduce support volume, and improve outcomes. Manage and develop a provider enablement team; travel up to 20% for customer and internal meetings.

Develop and deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement MLOps frameworks while monitoring model performance in production.
