Overview: We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support business case development, product analysis, and revenue performance insights. This role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and product strategy, with a strong emphasis on data sourcing, analytical rigor, and business understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Sourcing and Management
- Extract, transform, and validate data from Snowflake and other database/querying tools
- Partner with data analytics and business teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Build and maintain datasets used for recurring financial and product analyses
- Financial and Product Analysis
- Analyze key revenue streams, product performance, and business unit metrics
- Develop insights into drivers of revenue, cost, and profitability across products
- Support deep-dive analyses to inform pricing, product design, and strategic decisions
- Source and structure data inputs required for forecasting and scenario modeling
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting, and analytical processes
- Develop repeatable frameworks and scalable analysis approaches
- Partner with product, finance, and business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications:
- 3- 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or similar role
- Strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms preferred
- Proven analytical skills with experience working across large datasets
- Ability to quickly learn new products, systems, and business processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred:
- Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience working in a data-rich, product-oriented environment
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
