Location Requirement:
This is a hybrid role allowing three days a week from home and requiring two days a week on-site. We welcome candidates from the region or those open to relocating.
What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in preparing and analyzing external financial reports, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations, and supporting strategic financial initiatives. You’ll collaborate across teams and gain exposure to executive-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, DEF 14A)
2. Manage XBRL tagging and compliance for SEC submissions
3. Support quarterly financial reporting for the Board of Directors
4. Collaborate on earnings releases and investor materials
5. Forecast and account for share-based compensation, including valuation modeling and expense recognition
6. Reconcile equity accounts and calculate dilutive shares for reporting
7. Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for reporting and equity processes
8. Research and apply technical accounting guidance under U.S. GAAP and SEC rules
9. Assist with ESG reporting and 401(k) plan audit coordination
What You Bring:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive finance professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow.
What You Need To Succeed:
1. 4+ years of experience in financial reporting or public accounting
2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP; equity accounting experience a plus
4. Experience with SEC reporting and XBRL preferred
5. CPA certification preferred but not required
6. Familiarity with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley
7. ERP experience (SAP ideal); advanced Excel skills
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills
9. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
