Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) / Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS)
Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) / Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS), a product line within Raytheon Finance, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Terrain Follow Radars (TFR) portfolio.
The Senior Financial Analyst will work with Program Business Managers, Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, and Program Managers on program financial management activities. Responsibilities include program cost reporting, financial analysis, financial forecasting, and Estimate at Completion (EAC) development.
The position involves generating internal cost reports, monitoring and analyzing cost data, using financial planning systems, and compiling quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasts for program and finance management.
What You Will Do
- Support the preparation of quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs), including program costs, risks, and opportunities at the Program and Mission Area levels.
- Perform financial analysis of total program and Mission Area cost elements.
- Analyze monthly variances between the budget baseline and Estimate at Completion (EAC) positions.
- Prepare program financial forecasts and monitor actual costs.
- Analyze and report variances between actual costs, plans, and forecasts.
- Support the preparation of cost estimates for new business proposals.
- Assist Estimating and Program Analysts with developing the basis and rationale for cost estimates.
- Coordinate with functional organizations during the EAC development process.
- Monitor functional organization performance against established plans and financial requirements.
- Prepare and maintain program financial reports and supporting analysis.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of work experience; or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and data management.

Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with contractual Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting.
- Experience using APEX and PRISM EVMS systems.
- Experience using SAP R/3 business systems, including APEX, PRISM, and Business Warehouse.
- Experience with financial planning systems, including RPlan.
- Experience with defense contracting finance.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and practices.
- Experience analyzing financial data, cost variances, forecasts, and program financial performance.
- Experience preparing Estimates at Completion (EACs) and financial forecasts.
- Experience meeting established deadlines and developing or implementing process improvements.
- Experience communicating financial information in written and verbal formats.
- Experience working with finance, program management, estimating, and functional organizations.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
