What You Will Do
Manage end-to-end FP&A responsibilities for approximately $160M in annual R&D spend across global functions.
Perform financial modeling and strategic analysis to guide decisions on new product development and clinical trial investments.
Lead monthly close activities, including journal entries, variance analysis, and insightful reporting with commentary.
Build annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans in collaboration with R&D and Clinical leadership.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to drive business results.
Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support performance tracking and decision-making.
Prepare high-quality financial presentations and materials for senior leadership.
Drive process improvements to streamline financial reporting and enhance business support.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building dashboards in Power BI.
CPA or CMA certification.
Work Flexibility: This is a hybrid position with an expectation to be onsite 2-3 days in Fremont, California.
United States of America Pay Ranges:
- US30: $90,400 - $144,200 USD Annual
