Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A Special Projects

Job Description:

The Finance Navigation team is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support special projects across the company. This role will support the Director of Corporate FP&A, while working closely with partners across numerous functions including Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in special project work within corporate FP&A and embedded functions throughout the organization based on dynamic needs of the company.

  • Develop reporting and analysis of company/function performance to optimize P&L results and working capital.

  • Create tools and presentations to summarize actual and forecasted results and inform business decisions.

  • Identify and communicate plan risks through near and long-range forecast analysis.

  • Perform other standard and ad hoc analysis as needed.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Natural curiosity, including a willingness to learn/understand technical aspects of Bose products, category strategies, the competitive landscape, and other parts of the business.

  • Proven ability to extract data & synthesize insights into actionable, digestible information for senior leaders.

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to work effectively across a global organization to influence decisions.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Power BI, SAP & Business Intelligence experience a plus.

Education & Experiences

  • 2-5 years experience in analytical role(s)

  • Finance/Business degree or related experience
