GENERAL PURPOSE
Supports critical corporate FP&A activities with a primary focus on operating expense planning, financial consolidation, and enterprise reporting. Partners closely with senior leadership to deliver clear, actionable financial insights that support strategic decision-making and drive accountability across the organization. This role is responsible for supporting key financial processes, including the monthly and quarterly close cycles and the annual planning process. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, advanced analytical capability, and the ability to synthesize complex financial data into a cohesive and accurate enterprise view. The individual will also drive improvements in financial processes, tools, and reporting frameworks, ensuring outputs are timely, accurate, and aligned with the needs of executive leadership.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Partners with senior leaders and functional stakeholders to plan, forecast, and manage operating expenses, providing clear insights into drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Supports the monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring accurate, timely consolidation of financial results across business units and functions.
  • Coordinates cross-functional inputs to develop a comprehensive and cohesive view of financial performance, translating results into meaningful reporting and narratives for leadership.
  • Supports and facilitates the annual planning process, including coordination of timelines, stakeholder alignment, and system loading of the plan.
  • Develops, maintains, and continuously improves financial models, planning tools, and reporting templates to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
  • Establishes and enforces clear timelines, deliverables, and process governance to ensure alignment across stakeholders and successful execution of planning and reporting cycles.
  • Proactively manages deliverables through strong follow-up and communication, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Anticipates leadership needs by identifying key trends, risks, and business drivers in advance, and preparing insightful analysis to support decision-making.
  • Collaborates across finance and business teams at all levels to strengthen alignment, improve processes, and elevate the quality of financial insights.
  • Summarizes financial performance, identifies key performance indicators, and facilitates action plans to address significant risks
    and opportunities.
  • Works with cross-functional areas to identify and implement continuous process improvements.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent required. MBA preferred.
  • 6 +  years of experience in professional finance position. TBD
  • CPA - Certified Public Accountant or CTP - Certified Treasury Professional /CCM - Certified Cash Manager preferred.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex processes in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
  • Highly organized with a focus on establishing structure, timelines, and accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing and maintaining dynamic, scalable financial models and tools that support planning and reporting processes.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate questions, identify risks, and address issues before they escalate.
  • High degree of ownership and accountability, with a demonstrated ability to follow through and drive results
