Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

The Opportunity
Cint is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing FP&A team. You will play a key role in supporting various business units by providing insightful financial analysis, forecasts, models, and metrics. As a Senior Financial Analyst, your primary focus will be on budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing the financial performance of the company. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions to ensure accurate financial reporting, planning, and support strategic decision-making.

This role offers broad exposure to the full business cycle and provides an excellent opportunity to develop a deep understanding of both finance and business operations.
 

What You Will Do

• Support quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment
• Track costs and prepare variances analysis to forecasts/budgets
• Participate in and support month-end close activities, including expense review and accruals
• Monitor operating expenses, identify discrepancies, and analyze variances to evaluate performance compared to forecasts and budget
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and business outcomes
• Maintain communication with business partners to support business growth initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• 2 – 5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting, ideally transitioning from an accounting role into FP&A.
• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial forecasting
• Experience working with budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work with initiative
• Comfortable working closely with stakeholders across sales, product, and accounting teams to provide financial insights and support business growth
