We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounting Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing and analyzing cash flow statements in accordance with US GAAP. This role will involve working closely with various departments to ensure accurate reporting and compliance, as well as contributing to financial forecasting and strategic decision-making.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

· Cash Flow Statement Preparation:
Prepare, review, and analyze global cash flow statements in compliance with US GAAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.

· Data Analysis:
Analyze cash flow trends, variances, and metrics to provide insights to management, identifying areas for improvement.

· Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams, including treasury, tax, and operational departments, to gather relevant data and support the accuracy of cash flow projections.

· Reporting:
Generate and present comprehensive cash flow reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

· Forecasting:
Assist in developing cash flow forecasts and projections to support financial planning and operational strategies.

· Compliance:
Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with US GAAP and other relevant regulations, identifying areas for enhancement.

· Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate existing processes and systems, recommending improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in cash flow reporting.

Ad Hoc Projects:
Assist with other SEC projects/disclosures on a ad-hoc basis.

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
  • CPA required
  • 3-6 years of experience in public accounting and/or external financial reporting for a public company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with EPS, stock-based compensation accounting, and complex capital structures a plus
  • Capable of leading large complex projects
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
