Job Description:

​The Broadcom Wireless Semiconductor Division (WSD) is searching for a highly qualified individual to manage the finance function for their Fort Collins, CO Semiconductor Facility. This job provides an opportunity for a leadership position that is integral to the successful management of this manufacturing site. The dynamic environment of this role provides diverse financial management responsibilities in forecasting, reporting, manufacturing processes, cost analysis, accounting controls and financial decision making.

  • Responsible for month/quarter-end close activities as it relates to manufacturing, inventory, cost of sales & capex

  • Manufacturing and Cost Accounting Process Management

  • Support the Annual & Quarterly planning process

  • FAB Capital expenditure analysis & tracking

  • ROI analysis for key business decisions

  • Business and Accounting Controls

  • Support division specific internal or external audit requests

  • Support ad hoc financial analysis requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance

  • 12+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience preferably in a public company

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in a semiconductor wafer fab

  • 2+ years of management experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate to all levels of the organization including experience in leading and/or presenting to teams and senior leadership

  • Strong financial analysis/modeling and problem-solving skills, be intellectually curious and thrive in a fast paced environment working with cross-functional teams, and the ability to operate comfortably at a detailed as well as a strategic level as the situation demands.

  • Experience working with manufacturing ERP/MES systems

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $103,000 - $164,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
