This role supports the US Established Product Group (EPG) franchise and partners closely with business leaders in all Commercial functions. The US EPG portfolio includes Pulmonary Hypertension (UPTRAVI®, OPSYNVI®, & OPSUMIT®) and additional brands across Immunology, Oncology, Neuroscience and additional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for Sales forecasting and providing insights into key business drivers for the Established Product Group (EPG) portfolio specifically Pulmonary Hypertension (UPTRAVI®, OPSYNVI®, & OPSUMIT®) and future EPG portfolio assets.
Influencing and shaping financial strategy with cross-functional partners including Strategic Insights & Analytics (SIA), and Brand Marketing teams is essential for success. Additional responsibilities include sales consolidations & reporting, support of forecast cycles, quarterly close processes, managing financial risks & opportunities, Investor Relations reporting, Integrated Business Planning, return on investment analysis, and special projects. Strong partnership with extended finance teams, including Gross to Net, Pricing, FP&A and Global Services, will be required.
This position is expected to provide both financial and strategic business leadership and communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional groups across the Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine organization.
Qualifications:
Education:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
- A CPA, CMA or MBA degree is preferred
Experience and Skills:

- A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting, or related business experience is required
- This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills
- Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, required.
- The ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization is required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$79,000.00 - $127,650.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
