West Monroe Partners is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst with strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills to support our robust organization. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the Company’s reporting and operational insights. They will have the opportunity to work closely with the Finance and Accounting team, as well as other cross-functional team members to deliver decision-making support for business decisions at West Monroe.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of applicable experience. Additional responsibilities for this position include:
- Measure, analyze and report the financial results and metrics of the organization against operating plans and/or financial forecast, identifying trends and recommending actions.
- Prepare financial/management reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for business segments, senior leadership, lenders and internal stakeholders.
- Provide analysis, forecasts, and project support to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational needs.
- Prepare monthly analyses of clients, projects, and solution offerings.
- Identify and report on management adjustments to EBITDA.
- Perform ad hoc analysis, process improvement initiatives and other special projects as needed.
- Utilize software programs, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years’ professional experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Self-motivated, detailed oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environment with the ability to thrive under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability and comfort level communicating with management
- Ability to adapt to changes in environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously to meet established deadlines
- Demonstrated computer skills, with advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, and Salesforce CRM system preferred
