Position Summary

Leads the business operations analysis process while providing forecasting and analytical support to business partners.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve profitability in the organization's daily operations.
  • Prepares monthly analysis of cost operational performance.
  • Analyzes field location financial performance against key business metrics.
  • Documents pertinent financial highlights to determine progress against plans.
  • Identifies and analyzes areas for business improvement.
  • Proposes operational changes to policies, process, and procedures to streamline business.
  • Develops, implements, and monitors financial models to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
  • Maintains and develops reporting tools to monitor financial performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of financial experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools.
