Position Summary
Leads the business operations analysis process while providing forecasting and analytical support to business partners.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve profitability in the organization's daily operations.
- Prepares monthly analysis of cost operational performance.
- Analyzes field location financial performance against key business metrics.
- Documents pertinent financial highlights to determine progress against plans.
- Identifies and analyzes areas for business improvement.
- Proposes operational changes to policies, process, and procedures to streamline business.
- Develops, implements, and monitors financial models to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Maintains and develops reporting tools to monitor financial performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 5+ years of financial experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools.
