Reporting to Manager, Brand Finance, you will perform moderately complex financial research and analysis for an assigned portfolio of brands. You will partner with cross-functional teams, present insights and recommendations to management, identify and investigate issues related to assigned projects, and support planning, forecasting, reporting, and close activities that drive informed business decisions.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Serve as a business partner for the assigned portfolio on accounting and finance related questions by assessing business needs, identifying risks and opportunities, and clearly communicating financial results and issues.
- Participate in the preparation and compilation of the annual operating plan and strategic plan for the assigned components of the profit and loss statement.
- Update the monthly forecast for the assigned portfolio based on business changes and communicate actionable, forward‑looking commentary and guidance on potential risks and opportunities.
- Participate in month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, including the identification and timely resolution of unusual items and issues.
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis and financial models for a variety of business needs, including product development, customer analysis, competitive analysis, and pricing.
- Complete project work that rotates across multiple financial disciplines, including financial planning and analysis, new product development, manufacturing investments, and in‑market investments.
- Lead the development of metrics, scorecards, and reporting for the assigned function.
- Evaluate and deliver periodic metrics, scorecards, and reports to support business decision‑making.
- Provide financial planning and analysis support as needed.
- Participate in finance‑wide projects based on evolving business priorities.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Five or more years of professional general business and financial experience.
- Background and experience in profit and loss management with strong knowledge of financial systems and general accounting concepts.
- Experience developing strong partnerships with internal customers and peers and effectively managing those relationships.
- Experience working across multiple departments to complete projects or resolve organizational challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with enterprise financial systems such as Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing.
- Self‑directed approach with comfort operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous, and changing business environment.

Compensation
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
