Dandenong South| Competitive Salary and Career Growth
Daniels Health is continuing its global expansion across Australia, North America, the UK and beyond — and with that growth comes an exciting opportunity to reshape how finance operates at scale.
We’re looking for a Senior Finance Systems Accountant to join our Global Head Office and play a key role in driving process improvement, automation, and system optimisation across our finance function.
This is not your typical accounting role.
What makes this role different
• You won’t be stuck in month-end or BAU reporting cycles
• You’ll focus on improving processes rather than maintaining them
• You’ll work across finance, IT, and global teams to drive change
Key responsibilities
• Identifying and delivering process improvements across finance
• Driving automation and efficiency using our ERP (Microsoft Business Central)
• Partnering with finance, IT, and global stakeholders to enhance systems and workflows
• Supporting transformation initiatives, including future projects like AP automation (Coupa)
• Building smarter reporting and improving data integrity
Why Daniels Health
Daniels is a globally recognised healthcare business with operations across Australia, USA, Canada, UK, and South Africa. Beyond our core operations, we also have a growing property and investment arm and have invested over $50m into charitable initiatives.
We’re in a phase of rapid growth and transformation, making this a unique opportunity to join at a time where you can genuinely influence how finance evolves globally.
What we’re looking for
• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience in ERP systems and finance transformation or process improvement
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills
• Exposure to systems like Business Central, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar
• Someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working cross-functionally
Bonus points for
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or other automation tools
• Exposure to large or complex business environments
What’s in it for you
• Exposure to global projects and stakeholders
• The chance to move away from BAU accounting into transformation and systems
• Long-term growth as the business continues to scale internationally
If you’re an accountant who enjoys improving how things work — not just maintaining them — we’d love to hear from you.
