Fortegra is seeking a Finance Transformation & Reporting Analyst to support enterprise‑level financial reporting, data accuracy, and process improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and leadership teams to deliver high‑quality financial information and enhance reporting efficiency across the organization and with DB Insurance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, analytics or related field.
  • 2-6 years in financial reporting, FP&A, public accounting, or finance transformation.
  • CPA certification or progress toward certification preferred.
  • Insurance industry experience and Korean language skills are a plus.

Primary Job Functions:

  • Prepare quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports for executive leadership and the parent company.
  • Support reporting across GAAP, Statutory, IFRS, and K‑ICS frameworks.
  • Validate and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  • Improve reporting processes, automate recurring deliverables, and strengthen financial controls.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Premium Operations, and Actuarial teams to meet reporting needs.
  • Document reporting processes, data definitions, and validation rules; support audit requirements.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Strong analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial analysis, reconciliation, and data validation skills.
  • Experience with Oracle Financials, financial datasets, and BI tools (Power BI or Oracle OAC).
  • Advanced SQL preferred; strong Excel required.
  • Open to travel as business needs dictate to support reporting with global structure.
