Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Finance Systems Support team. The ideal candidate brings a strong ERP experience, demonstrated technical aptitude, and hands-on NetSuite configuration expertise, combined with a good understanding of accounting principles and Finance processes
This role focuses on owning and enhancing Finance processes through system configuration, process improvements, change support and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement NetSuite configuration changes to support Finance and revenue processes, including workflows approval routing, roles and permissions, custom fields, forms, and system preferences, in alignment with established standards and priorities.
- Collaborate with other BAS teams to ensure successful integration of NetSuite with other systems and applications.
- Partner with Accounting, Revenue, and Tax stakeholders to gather requirements, assess impacts, and recommend system solutions, escalating risks, trade-offs, and design considerations as needed.
- Support Finance processes within NetSuite, including billing, invoicing, revenue recognition and reporting by investigating and resolving system-related issues.
- Execute impact analysis, testing, and deployment activities for system changes, ensuring changes are well-tested and communicated prior to release.
- Translate accounting and finance requirements into NetSuite configuration and system behavior.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for system configurations, controls, and Finance-related process flows.
- Communicate system changes and impacts clearly to Finance users and stakeholders, supporting adoption and proper usage.
- Support audit and compliance activities by assisting with evidence preparation, walkthroughs, and remediation actions.
- Identify improvement opportunities related to automation, data quality, and process efficiency, and bring recommendations forward for review and prioritization.
- Participate in system upgrades and implementations of new modules or functionalities related to finance and accounting processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, or business analysis roles within an ERP-enabled environment.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, revenue processes, month-end / quarter-end close, order to cash and procure to pay.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude with the ability to design, assess, and implement Finance system solutions beyond day-to-day administration.
- Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems, including data structures, workflows, and integration methods. NetSuite experience preferred.
- Experience operating in a SOX-controlled or audited environment, with accountability for system controls, segregation of duties, and audit readiness.
- Ability to own outcomes for Finance system changes, including impact assessment, testing, and deployment with minimal disruption to close and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills
- CPA, CA, or equivalent accounting designation is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take accountability for end-to-end delivery.
Career Growth
This is a senior individual contributor role with exposure to complex Finance processes, enterprise systems, and cross-functional stakeholders. Over time, scope may expand based on demonstrated capability, ownership, and leadership behaviors.

Compensation Hiring Base Salary Range:
$96,000.00 - $135,000.00

The actual compensation offered will be determined at the time of hire and is contingent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and results of assessments conducted during the hiring process.
