How you’ll make an impact:
Strategic Finance Partnership
- Serve as primary financial partner to IHFM SVP R&D, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and AI products & platforms.
- Provide finance leadership for IHFM, shaping R&D strategic goals and influencing how a maturing product line achieves success.
Planning, Forecasting & Reporting
- Lead timely, accurate delivery of the annual operating plan, strategic plan inputs, monthly forecasts, month-end close, P&L variance analysis, and expense management.
- Develop IHFM-specific reporting that surfaces insights from complex data sets — month-end variances, headcount trends, and forward forecast proposals.
- Partner across teams on the strategic plan, AOP, and forecasts for U.S. new product introductions, leveraging deep understanding of portfolio, standard costs, and trends.
Analysis, Modeling & Decision Support
- Perform financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and drive mitigation or optimization actions.
- Build models to assess strategic decisions and trade-offs using ROI, payback, multi-scenario, and other methodologies.
- Prepare quarterly business review materials, coordinating input and responding to leadership inquiries and special requests.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
- Related work experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $121,000 - 171,000 (highly experienced).
