  • Evaluate investment opportunities, resource allocation decisions, and strategic tradeoffs.

  • Frame complex issues into clear recommendations for leadership discussions.

  • Serve as a key partner across Product Revenue & Margin teams, CPI leadership, Corporate Finance, and other planning stakeholders.

  • Build alignment across organizations with differing priorities, assumptions, and objectives.

  • Act as a connective tissue across planning workstreams to ensure leadership has a consistent understanding of business performance and outlook.

Improve Planning Excellence

  • Establish scalable planning processes, tools, and analytical frameworks.

  • Drive improvements in planning quality, forecast accuracy, and decision support.

  • Simplify complex financial concepts and communicate insights effectively to executive audiences.

  • Create consistency across reporting, planning, and performance measurement frameworks.

Influence Executive Decision Making

  • Support leadership reviews, business performance discussions, and executive presentations.
