Job DescriptionAbout the role
We’re looking for a MEA Senior Finance Manager to join our expanding team in Dubai, UAE!
This is an individual contributor role to help support our growth in the region and it will be the first Finance role located in Dubai.

Reporting to: LATAM & MEA Finance Lead
Key partners: Regional Finance team, Group Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Compliance/Risk, Product, Banking/Ops, Data/Analytics.
What you’ll do:
Work with Group Finance, Reporting & Tax teams to ensure local financial compliance, including controlling local financial audits, outsource firms, and financial regulatory relationships.
Own and execute day-to-day local financial reporting responsibilities to ensure we comply with local accounting and tax requirements.
Build a deep understanding of our liquidity management and safeguarding process in the region.
Lead the annual statutory audit for the entities, including audit planning, PBC coordination, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
Lead initial setup and ongoing management of periodic regulatory reporting.
Be the Regional Expansion, Banking, Compliance and Product teams’ main point of contact in finance to ensure that all new entities, products, legislation, etc. are understood and finance is prepared for all changes.
Work with the Group Finance Product team and Group Accounting to ensure systems, controls, and processes are prepared for regional requirements, with clear definitions and change management.
Work with Group FP&A and analytical teams to build forecasting and performance monitoring for the region.
You're an experienced finance professional with a background in financial controlling, audit, advisory, or management accounting, within Banking, FinTech, or financial services.
You have strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements, such as for capital, inter-company transactions, transfer pricing agreements and management of financial risks.
You have a deep understanding of UAE financial reporting standards and IFRS, coupled with expertise in financial resources controls and industry-specific regulatory rules.
You're skilled at data analysis, improving controls and internal processes, and managing complex stakeholder groups (like the Board, Auditors, Advisors, and Government Authorities).
You thrive in a flexible environment, working with various teams on projects and ad-hoc requests.
You're a self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable with uncertainty, able to organise your work with minimal guidance.
This is a hybrid role based in Dubai, UAE.
Salary band: 40,500 - 52,500 AED Monthly

Skills Required
