What will you do?
- Prepare, govern, and analyze enterprise-wide Power BI reports and exports highlighting business and financial performance. Own end-to-end governance on published dashboards and exported datasets for accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across Local Management, PBUs, and Global stakeholders.
- Lead the design, build, and maintenance of scalable Process Dashboards and Export-ready Power BI models, ensuring metric standardization, version control, and zero-error reporting.
- Support global financial planning and analytics through complex Power BI exports, data models, and centralized reporting initiatives that highlight operating and cash performance trends.
- Own and oversee Power BI-based publishing of key AR reports such as AR Aging, Collections, Sales Register, Unapplied Cash & Credits, ensuring automation and seamless export capabilities for downstream consumers.
- Lead quarterly AR Bad Debt Provision analysis through Power BI, enabling scenario-based assessment and compliance with JCI policy.
- Oversee Month-end and Period-end AR reporting closures across ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Baan / Qolsys / Amer), ensuring Power BI datasets are refreshed, reconciled, and aligned with closed periods.
- Manage month-end reporting support activities including supervision of JE-related analytics for Intercompany, Unapplied Credits, WHT, Forex reinstatement, vendor balance transfers, etc.
- Ensure full compliance with internal controls, reporting governance standards, export protocols, and applicable policies and regulations.
1: Operation Management
- Own the strategy to identify, design, and implement export-optimized Power BI solutions that automate, simplify, and standardize reporting delivery for global businesses
- Drive development of high-impact Accounts Receivable, Performance, KPI, and Executive dashboards with downloadable/export-ready formats for senior leadership and PBUs
- Apply strong data governance and professional judgment to resolve complex data integrity, reconciliation, and model dependency issues
- Proactively lead innovative initiatives to improve reporting efficiency, scalability, and user experience while managing reporting and data risks
- Partner with IT, Data Engineering, and Architecture teams to integrate data from multiple ERP and source systems into Power BI semantic models
- Lead cross-process coordination with OTC sub-processes (Billing, Cash App, Credit, Finance) to ensure timely and accurate data availability
- Champion harmonization and standardization of reporting and export tools (Power BI, Easy Morph, Oracle DB, SQL Server, other visualization and ETL tools)
- Maintain senior-level engagement with Power BI consumers (Operations, Finance, Cash Application, Leadership teams) to align reporting outputs with business needs
- Oversee UAT cycles, data mapping, refresh schedules, and deployment governance for Power BI exports
- Foster a performance-driven, business-focused reporting and analytics culture within the OTC Export & Reporting team
- Drive timely completion of ad-hoc analytics, leadership requests, and month-end reporting activities
- Act as an escalation point and proactively drive closure of open reporting, data, and stakeholder issues.
2: End-to-End process improvements
- Ensure strict adherence to standardized reporting processes, data governance frameworks, and external/internal compliance requirements
- Identify, initiate, and sponsor continuous improvement opportunities across Power BI reporting, export automation, and data validation processes
- Lead and support transformation initiatives including reporting simplification, automation, and reduction of manual dependencies
3: Relationship Management
- Respond stakeholders on a timely manner
- Maintain a positive cross functional relationship with other teams of OTC
- Should be a part of the extended leadership team of PBU CFO
What we look for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology required; Any Finance/Accounting experience preferred
- Working experience within a shared services environment supporting any Global region is mandatory
- Fluency in English in terms of both verbal and written communication skills would be preferred
- Essential: over 13 - 15 years of relevant experience; 5 – 7 Years of experience in OTC processes is recommended.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI data modeling, DAX, performance optimization, security, and export enablement
- Mandatory proficiency in databases and data modeling (Oracle, SQL Server)
- Experience with Power BI. Deep knowledge is required.
- Advance skills in Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, VBA, Visio, PowerPoint & Outlook including ability to utilize advanced formula, Utilize Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
- Adhere to deadlines, provide value-added analysis to assist finance leaders to take calculative decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach toward business issues
- Pro-active approach; Analytical / Quantitative problem-solving skillset
- Experience of working in a Shared Service Centre/Retained/Outsourced environment would be an added advantage
- Assist in establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers
- Experience in any Global process transition would be preferred
