- Own the end-to-end setup and delivery of OneStream ForecastAI and AI Studio products, from use-case prioritisation, data readiness, model configuration, validation, testing, controls, deployment, and hypercare through to BAU handover.
- Deliver practical AI forecasting and analytics capabilities within OneStream, including forecast model governance, explainability, exception handling, scenario analysis, and user-ready dashboards/commentary to support faster and more reliable planning cycles.
- Drive adoption of ForecastAI and AI Studio across market finance and DBS finance teams by developing enablement plans, training materials, adoption metrics, super-user networks, and feedback loops that convert AI capabilities into repeatable finance processes.
- Partner with FP&A, markets, DBS finance, IT, and OneStream vendor teams to define product roadmaps, release plans, success measures, and support models for AI-enabled forecasting and analytics products.
- Develop and maintain training, user guides, documentation, and ongoing support materials to help finance and business teams adopt, use, and embed finance system products effectively.
- Oversee the maintenance and administration of financial systems, ensuring uptime, performance, and stability across global finance functions.
