Core Responsibilities:

Performance Management (KPIs) - Advancing performance metrics for enhanced decision making.

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including predictive KPIs, to proactively measure performance, flag risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business teams and data engineering to align KPIs with strategic objectives and ensure their relevance.
• Analyze KPI trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Financial Reporting & Insights - Building a Forward-Looking, Insightful Environment for Business and Finance Consumers

• Design and maintain a comprehensive financial reporting framework that delivers accurate, timely, and strategic forward-looking insights.
• Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including management reports, board reports, and external financial statements.
• Partner with JLLT leadership to provide data-driven insights that influence key business decisions.
• Enhance reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

Process Improvement & Automation - Streamlining Processes and Reporting for Enhanced Efficiency in JLLT Finance

• Identify opportunities for operational excellence improvements in financial processes that span across Finance/FP&A teams.
• Implement and manage automation solutions for key FP&A processes to drive efficiency.
• Continuously explore new technologies and tools to further streamline financial operations.

Financial Systems, Architecture & Data Management – Enhancing the quality of financial and operational data.

• Evaluate and enhance financial systems, tools and architecture that support JLLT's reporting, analytics, and strategic needs.
• Collaborate with JLLT Finance, JLL Finance Ops and JLLT Tech Engineering stakeholders to ensure the financial architecture aligns with future state.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure integrity of financial data.
• Maintain JLLT financial data dictionary to ensure consistent definitions and usage across JLLT.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), with a strong understanding of advanced analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to develop and implement complex financial strategies, architectures, and processes that drive business performance.
• Exceptional financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills, with expertise in leveraging large datasets to generate insights.
• Skilled in designing and deploying effective KPIs and metrics that align with strategic objectives.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements.
• Proficiency in data analytics, visualization, and automation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python)
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities, with experience partnering with senior leadership.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
