The Senior Finance Manager – BAP META is a critical leadership role, responsible for providing end‑to‑end financial partnership and governance for the PA business across the META region, supporting an approximately $ 800M P&L.
This role acts as a strategic finance partner to senior business leadership, driving profitable growth through insights, disciplined execution, strong cash performance, and robust financial controls. The role requires close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders and plays a key role in supporting strategic decision‑making across all PA lines of business in META
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Business Partnership & Financial Leadership
- Own and lead the financial performance of the PA business across META, covering Orders, Revenue, Gross Margin, and Working Capital.
- Act as a trusted finance advisor to META business leadership, including the META CFO, PA leadership, and regional GMs.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights to support commercial and operational decision‑making.
Financial Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management
- Lead the forecasting rhythm (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) ensuring high accuracy, transparency of risks/opportunities, and executable mitigation plans.
- Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Planning cycles for the PA META business.
- Perform detailed variance analysis versus plan/forecast and proactively communicate business drivers.
- Support business reviews with clear performance narratives and data‑driven recommendations.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Excellence
- Co-own cash performance for PA META, including collections, billings, past‑due recovery, and customer payment structures.
- Drive continuous cash improvement initiatives across businesses & sub-regions.
Governance, Controls & Compliance
- Ensure strong financial governance, and adherence to Honeywell financial policies.
- Ensure disciplined financial controls without compromising business agility.
Stakeholder & Global Connectivity
- Liaise with global finance teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives, policies, and reporting requirements.
- Support regionalization initiatives and contribute to finance transformation efforts where applicable.
- Mentor and develop finance talent within the META finance organization.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or professional certification such as CPA/ACCA preferred).
- 10–15+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant exposure to business/commercial finance in large, complex/matrixial organizations.
- Proven experience supporting large‑scale businesses ($500M+ revenue) across multiple geographies.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, deal finance, forecasting, and cash management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively in a matrixed, global environment.
- Advanced analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience within META and industrial automation is a strong advantage
