Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented finance professional to manage end-to-end financial operations across Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Treasury, and General Accounting & Compliance. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely month-end and year-end closures, effective cash and vendor management, and compliance with statutory and internal control requirements. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders, auditors, banks, and vendors to maintain audit-ready books, support statutory and tax filings, and drive process efficiency and strong financial governance.

Record to Report (R2R):

● Record and reconcile revenue transactions, including unearned and unbilled revenue, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

● Manage Accounts Receivable ageing, perform reconciliations, and follow up on outstanding collections.

● Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and provisions, ensuring audit-ready books.

Procure to Pay (P2P):

● Process vendor invoices, track pending bills, and ensure timely vendor payments.

● Maintain vendor ageing, perform reconciliations, and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.

● Prepare TDS workings, process payments, and support GST filings and reconciliations as per statutory timelines.

Treasury:

● Monitor daily cash positions and manage bank balances to ensure adequate liquidity.

● Execute bank payments in line with approved authorization and internal control frameworks.

General Accounting & Compliance:

● Maintain accurate books of accounts and perform periodic GL and balance sheet reconciliations.

● Support statutory, tax, and internal audits with required schedules and documentation.

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred).

● 3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or shared services environment.

● Strong knowledge of R2R and P2P processes, including GST and TDS compliance.

● Hands-on experience with accounting software/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

● Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
