Purpose/ Mission:
To coordinate all bank due-diligence tasks by gathering information, organizing documents and working with internal teams and external partners. This role ensures everything is accurate, complete, and submitted on time to support the company’s financing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management
- Oversee AP, AR, GL, and monthly closing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain fixed asset records and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Prepare and manage cash-flow reports and support treasury activities.
Accounting Procedures & Controls
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Continuously improve and streamline accounting processes for efficiency and compliance.
Due Diligence Workstream
- Prepare and organize documents for bank due diligence and financial assessments.
- Manage information requests, track deliverables, and ensure timely submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (banks, consultants, legal).
- Facilitate meetings, follow up on action items, and maintain status trackers.
Business & Market Intelligence (Data House Support)
- Manage components of the data house related to finance and market intelligence.
- Consolidate and analyze datasets to provide insights on industry trends, benchmarks, pricing, and market movements.
- Build and maintain dashboards/trackers for performance and project economics.
- Ensure data accuracy through cross-functional coordination.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate external audits, ensuring timely submission of documents.
- Support system enhancements by working with IT and relevant vendors.
- Liaise with departments to resolve accounting matters and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements/ Skills/ Experience:
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in accounting, finance and due diligence management role.
- Strong financial reporting skills, details oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
Required Education/ Qualification/ Training:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance and related field.
Required Language Proficiency:
English - Fluent
