We're seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Finance Reporting Solution Lead.
In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources.

This is a Vice President level position within our Business Management Job Family which performs business management/CAO functions including headcount management, financials, people processes, executive communications, strategic support, divisional governance, regulatory support etc. Includes regional, location and department management and oversight.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to capture, refine and document business requirements for reporting enhancements.

  • Define and maintain roadmap for reporting enhancements aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and data requirements. Conduct impact assessments across upstream/downstream systems and reporting processes. Support UAT cycles, including test case definition, execution oversight and sign-off coordination.

  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting products including automation and standardization.

  • Manage expectations across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities. Provide clear communication on risks, issues and delivery timelines.

  • Ensure alignment with data governance and control frameworks. Support definition of data lineage and reconciliation processes.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Analytics or related field.

  • Significant experience (8+ years) in Business Analysis / Reporting / Finance Transformation. Strong understanding of financial reporting and data flows.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (incl. senior leadership interaction). Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities

  • Experience with reporting tools and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Experience in Agile delivery models is a plus.
