Senior Finance Business Partner

Job Summary:
Step into a leadership role at Jing Dong Logistics as a Senior Finance Business Partner. This position combines strategic financial oversight with hands-on collaboration, offering the opportunity to guide the finance team while remaining actively engaged in day-to-day financial operations. We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to drive growth and profitability within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with Jing Dong's overall vision and goals.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide high-level financial guidance, ensuring optimal resource allocation and investment decisions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering growth and building a high-performing finance function.
  • Conduct complex financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvement.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment across teams.
  • Establish and enhance processes for consistent financial reporting, compliance, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement actionable financial solutions, driving company-wide improvements.
  • Monitor industry and market trends to anticipate potential risks and opportunities for Jing Dong Logistics.
  • Act as a bridge between senior leadership and operational teams, ensuring financial transparency and alignment.
  • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency within finance operations while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Financial Analysis/FP&A, preferably within logistics, distribution, warehouse, or transportation industries.
  • Proven management experience, including leading and mentoring finance teams.
  • Expertise in financial software (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Excel) and advanced knowledge of accounting systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to diverse audiences.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $170,000* (actual salary may vary based on experience and qualifications).
