Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A within our dynamic Group Finance team, you will become the strategic engine room for the business's cost base. Covering pivotal areas such as People, Technology, Platform, and Marketing, you will act as the primary financial partner for functional leaders. Your mission is to provide the sharp insight, constructive challenge, and robust decision support necessary to drive cost discipline and champion efficient investment throughout the Group.

By overseeing their work on data gathering and modelling, you will ensure high-quality outputs while freeing up your expertise to focus on high-impact business partnering and influencing key stakeholder decisions. This is a role where you can truly shape the financial narrative and mentor the next generation of finance talent.
