We are looking for a Finance Business Partner who will play a key role in supporting ZEAL’s business units in achieving their strategic and financial goals. In this role, you will ensure financial transparency, provide actionable insights to decision-makers, and act as a trusted advisor across departments. You will drive the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, challenge assumptions, and enable data-driven decisions. A central part of your work will be to identify opportunities to automate and optimize financial processes.

• Provide comprehensive financial support to two businesses, such as our Charity Lottery, offering key financial insights into their performance.

• Serve as a sparring partner for financial considerations and investment decisions.

• Own the monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting process for your business area, continuously improving financial projections and operational forecasts.

• Develop and review strategic options within financial planning, supported by financial outlooks and/or business cases.

• Deliver meaningful management reports to support the business and ensure accountability.

• Challenge business assumptions and enforce financial discipline.

• Present monthly financial results to the board and key stakeholders.

• Strong financial and analytical skills with a high level at attention to detail and accuracy.

• Solid business insight and commercial acumen.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in technical finance systems and tools.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to finding effective solutions.

• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
