In this role, you'll transform financial and operational data into meaningful insights that help drive business performance across the company.

What you´ll do:- Cooperate with colleagues across Finance, IT, Sales, and Executive Leadership to develop modern reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence solutions.
- Translate complex data into business insight: not just "what does the data say" but "what does it mean, and why does it matter"
- Design, develop, and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting using Power BI.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and advanced analytics to improve reporting and analytics
- Deliver actionable insights into revenue, profitability, cash flow, costs, and operational performance.
- Analyze financial trends, variances, and business drivers to support strategic decision-making.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in reporting - bring ideas forward rather than waiting for instructions
Must-have experience
- Strong finance background, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Intelligence, Financial Analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Practical experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-enabled analytics platforms) to improve productivity, analysis, reporting, or decision-making.
- Advanced Power BI skills.
- A business-first mindset: you think about why a KPI matters to the business and its stakeholders, not just how to build the report
- Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions.
- Professional English, Czech is a plus
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (Azure/Fabric)
- Experience implementing AI-powered analytics, forecasting, or automation.
- Experience in a SaaS an IT business
- Familiarity with Azure AI Services or Microsoft Fabric AI capabilities.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Intelligence, Financial Analytics, or similar role
