Senior Finance Associate
Purpose/ Summary
Assist with monthly closing process and preparation of various financial reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Support the Firm’s month-end closing process
- Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reporting and P&L variance analysis
- Support various balance sheet and income statement analyses
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
- Perform ad hoc requests as requested
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience or related experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
