Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to play a highly visible role supporting financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis across the organization. This role goes beyond traditional FP&A, with broad exposure to operating performance, value creation initiatives, and executive-level decision support.
You will partner closely with functional leaders across Operations, Technology, and G&A to drive financial discipline, improve forecasting accuracy, and deliver actionable insights. This role will also support board and investor reporting in a private equity-backed environment.
Salary range: $100K-$130K/year based on experience + bonus potential
Location: Greenwood Village, CO. Hybrid role – 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support OPEX forecasting, budgeting, annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts across multiple functional areas, in partnership with business leaders
- Build and enhance financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing, and investment decisions
Business Operations & Strategic Support
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, and G&A leaders to improve financial visibility and accountability
- Support ad hoc analyses and strategic projects as needed
Performance Management
- Analyze financial and operational performance to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Conduct monthly variance analysis and provide clear, actionable insights to senior leadership
Stakeholder Communication
- Support board and investor reporting, including preparation of materials
- Develop narrative insights and present findings to senior leadership
Process Improvement & Risk Management
- Support process improvements across FP&A, including reporting automation and forecasting methodologies
- Contribute to private equity value creation initiatives, including cost optimization and operational efficiency efforts
Collaboration & Team Culture
- Collaborate across finance and business teams to share knowledge and support shared goals
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture aligned with EverDriven’s mission
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or related roles
• Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or technology-enabled business preferred
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with PowerPoint, NetSuite, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
