We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategically minded Senior Financial Analyst to join our Thailand Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to support our business growth.
Primary responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by Management.
Core Responsibilities:
- As part of the FP&A team, reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports, tracking KPIs, assisting with budgeting and monthly closing processes.
- Understanding key business drivers and managing communication with management.
- As Finance Business Partner – interpret, analyze data, provide in-dept financial analysis through reports to business team. The end objective is to drive the business targets and support business decisions.
- Able to develop collaborative relationships with the business unit, management teams and key business stakeholders (Go-To-Market team, Supply Chain team, Plant manufacturing and Operation team and Business Leader Team)
- Assist with monthly/quarterly and annual budgeting/forecasting as well as monthly/quarterly business review by developing financial projections and building financial models.
- Participating in various finance led process improvement activities and other special projects and ad-hoc assignments as requested.
Qualified candidates will have:
Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance Accounting or Business-related field.
- Proven 3-5 years’ experience in Financial or Business analysis.
- Proficiency of MS Office Software tools including Excel and Power Point and Power BI.
- Proficient in Thai and English.
- Knowledge of SAP, BW and BPC consolidation tool will have preference.
