RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

Accounting & Controlling:

  • Management of bookkeeping and accounting. Analyse financial data, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Compiling reports and provide commentaries on variances in Balance Sheet.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Assist internal and external auditors by preparing required documentation and responding to inquiries
  • Work close with BES team ensuring a good communication and supervising accounts reconciliation ensuring no errors. Assessing and making recommendations to fix financial errors.
  • Analyse and monitor any issue with Procure to Pay ensuring the responses and actions are being taken with BES.
  • Preparing financial records.
  • Ad-hoc projects

Working Capital Control:

  • Work close with the Finance Manager on the evaluation of customers aging ensuring actions with customers are taken properly.
  • Partnering with the Finance Manager and procurement identifying opportunities with vendors on extensions tools that may allow improvements in our working capital.
  • Provide analysis on inventories variances, conducting meetings with supply chain team when necessary for identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Be part of the Cash Conversion Cycle process working with the Tradall team and the regions/supply chain on monitoring the targets stablished and/or opportunities for improvement.

Change Management & Process Improvement:

  • Work with the teams in the transformation process.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during system implementations, upgrades, or process changes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding any changes to the treasury processes.
  • Enhancing efficiency through data analytics, automation, and optimizing workflows.

Internal Control & RISK:

  • Ensure the entity operations comply with internal SOX controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Execute SOX controls that are applicable tor the area.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to fraud, errors, and process inefficiencies.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fiinance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA/CPA preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance a must,

  • Experience working with MS OFFICE :
    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook,
  • SAP is a plus,
  • Fluency in English is a must, fluent B2/C1,
  • any other languages are an asset [like French and/or Spanish]

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
